Is delivery service available?

Yes, we offer delivery service. Cost is determined by distance and crew members. Please check with us for availability and price. Regular kid party rental deliveries are scheduled between 9am-2 PM unless otherwise noted. Please note that for the after-hours request for pickup is an extra charge,

How far in advance should I begin planning and reserving rentals?

​The sooner the better, we work on a first come first serve basis. We try to extend as much and double on our popular rentals and have variety available. Regardless of your lead-time, we will work with you to plan the best event possible.

What are my responsibilities when renting?

To avoid additional fees and to receive your damage deposit refund back in full, please read the contract in full and follow the contract deposit return conditions. You may contact our office with any questions.

Most common responsibilities are making sure no children enter inflatable with sharp objects, including any type of pets due to their claws.

Do we have insurance with our bounce houses?

We do not have insurance with our bounce houses, we focus mainly residential events when it comes to kids party's. However we do insure our bounce houses on each setup.
